Bettys and Dudes functions as an Employment Agency and works to the following Terms and Conditions:

TV AND FILM

All completed assignments will be paid according to the relevant agreement - BBC/Equity, ITV/Equity, PACT/Equity or FAA/PACT or negotiated National Rates. Details of rates paid can be found on our website.

COMMERCIALS

All Commercials are based on a 10-hour day and overtime is payable at a fifth of the daily rate per hour, unless otherwise agreed. Night rates will be negotiated. All featured Artistes will be entitled to repeat fees or an equivalent usage fee, dependent on the number of TVRs.

CORPORATES / VIRALS

All Corporate work is based on a 10-hour day and overtime will be paid at a fifth of the daily rate per hour, unless otherwise agreed. Night rates will be negotiated.

PHOTOGRAPHIC

Photographic work will be negotiated on an hourly, half daily or daily rate in addition to appropriate rates for usage.

POP PROMOS

All Pop Promos are based on a 10-hour day and overtime is payable at a fifth of the daily rate per hour, unless otherwise agreed. All Featured Artistes will be entitled to repeat fees or an equivalent usage fee. Any stills taken and subsequently used on any form of Promotional Media will be subject to additional fees, unless otherwise agreed.

VOICEOVERS

All Voiceover assignments will be paid at an agreed hourly rate. If the status of an Artiste is upgraded, during filming, all relevant fees will be deemed appropriate and payable.

TRAVEL

Travel days will be charged at an agreed rate, all travel expenses, subsistence and accommodation (where applicable) will be paid by the Production Company.

NATIONAL INSURANCE CONTRIBUTIONS

The Production Company (the employer) maintains full responsibility for paying NI contributions and NOT Bettys and Dudes. By accepting this agreement you are confirming that you are legally entitled to work in the UK and you are giving Bettys and Dudes your consent to keep your personal details on file and forward any relevant details onto any production company that requests them.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

All Health and Safety Legislation must be observed and adhered to by both parties Employer and Employee.

ADMINISTRATION FEES

You are required to pay a yearly administration / website fee of £72. This fee covers administration costs and the cost of entry onto the website for 12 months and it is therefore non-refundable. This fee wil be deducted from your first job, as we do not take up front joining/registration fees. This will be consecutively deducted unless we are told one month prior to renewal in writing. We also reserve the right to remove you from our agency at anytime and no website fee will be refunded.

SIGNING

And finally by completing our on-line registration process, which includes ticking a box to indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are agreeing to all of the above and confirm you have read both the Terms and Conditions and our important Read Me document. Also, that you are giving Bettys and Dudes the right to publish your photographs and vital statistics on our website. We will not sell or give any of your personal data away other than provided under these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change any of these terms within this agreement.
